The Story Of Mary: 23 years of Service as a barista.

Mary arrived at Cuppa Cappuccino in 1999, as a teenager. Ms. Franka Andoh; CEO and Founder of Josie’s Cuppa Cappuccino offered to train her on how to make smoothies after having a chat with her grandmother who she lived with at the time. Under her supervision, Mary learnt every smoothie skill and trick and within a short period was a master of her game.  Mary popularly called ‘Adjoa’ by clients and colleagues has risen to become the Head Barista and trainer. She is the longest serving staff member, and a mom of four including Cappuccino Twins. In her own words, the most exciting thing about working for Cuppa Cappuccino is to see a queue of smoothie orders come through on a daily basis. She has big hopes that Cuppa Cappuccino will establish many branches all over the world in the near future. Mary is a true reflection of Cuppa being a haven of love, community and stories.
